5. Orders and Payments

Payment terms are specified at the time of order. All prices are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Due to the custom nature of printing services, returns are only accepted if the products are defective or not as described. Claims must be made within 7 days of receipt.

Jindal Printers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.

Our liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the services giving rise to the claim.
